How can i learn the tuba notes?

I already know the fingerings i just dont know the name of the notes.

The names of the notes are the same for every instrument so what you really are wanting to do is learn to read music.

In the bass clef:

lines are GBDFA from bottom up
spaces are ACEG from bottom up
ledger lines below the staff (downward) are ECAFDBG...
spaces below the staff (downward) are FDBGE...

one of the best ways to learn this is with flash cards.
