The outrage we feel against evil acts - hijackers steering jets into buildings full of people, kidnappers abusing and killing young children, the list can go on and on - Does this point tp a built in sense that something is desperately wrong. If there is such a thing as evil ... Doesn't it offer a backhand proof of God's existence?

If there is no God, how can one say something is evil? And how can we ever ask "WHY?' if there is no God. We all are just random changes, what can you expect?

again, it is impossible for most christians to step back from their collective reality tunnel far enough to understand that people truly don't believe in the boogeyman or Evil personified. It just seems so impossible to them.

There can be no proof of something like God.

If there were proof, there would be no such thing as faith or belief. We would just know, and thus the only distinction would be between normal people and dumb ones.

It would prove the existance of goodness, which is the opposite of evil.

I believe the only evil is caused by man. in my religion there is no great evil.

Maybe, or it could be natures way of ensuring the continuation of the species. We wouldn't last very long if we just allowed everyone to kill each other.
