What is your view on Hollywood and Christianity? Example: Let's say like Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston marry. Both of them are actors. Brad has steamy love scenes in his movies and Jennifer has steamy love scenes in her movies. However, they're married to each other. Isn't that comitting adultery???? The Bible says "But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart." Matthew 5:28. So THINKING about sinning is already committing adultery. What is your take on this?

Those of you who said it's just acting know it's not just acting. Most of the time, feelings do get involved. How would you like it if your husband/wife made out ('just acting') with someone else?

No, it's not, because these love scenes only simulate sex -- they're not actually having actual sex.

If Brad and Jennifer were married to each other and were making porn flicks with other actors, then your adultery claim would have merit. But they're not, and it doesn't.

It's all about the sencerity of your heart. What are your true hearts desires.

If you hate your brother you have commited murder! well, that says that there isn't much of a differeance between hate and murder,.. I guess it's all about opertunity. Cause most crimes are crimes of convienance. Just cause you have a security system doesn't mean people wouldn't rob you. You commit murder in the heat of the moment if you let anger festor.

There is nothing new under the Sun!

Ezekiel 23:20 - There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses.

just because they are acting in that way doens't mean they are thinking about that. so we can never judge them.

but it seems that anything that would question their faith or defame who God is should be avoided.

especially in the sense of hollywood. first of all it's all fake. secondly it doesn't represent Christ. and thirdly it puts a false image into people and can influence their thoughts and actions.
