Honestly, I don't think ANY of the religions are correct. Who is any physical being, here on earth today, able to tell someone what religion is 'right' and which is 'wrong'? Were they there when Jesus was crucified? Were they there when Buddha fasted? Were they there when Hinduism was created in the ancient times? No. So how can anybody really ever know? If someone claims that God came to them and told them that persay, Catholicism is the one and ONLY religion, then how do we know that they're not just schizophrenic? There is no real way to tell what religion is right, which is why the human power of belief is so amazing.
My take on it? God is there, but not like we all think. Jesus was just a special guy. The Bible is just a beautifully written book. Heaven and Hell are all a state of mind, and if we are convinced that we are going to Hell when we die, then we turn our afterlife into a Hell. If we believe we goto Heaven when we die, then we goto a wonderful place, not necessarily with big golden gates, and Jesus standing there greeting us. Heaven and Hell to me are all just a state of mind or the soul, and whatever we make of it.
Basically, religion is whatever we want it to be. If someone sincerely believed in and worshipped the God of Diet Coke, then so be it! That's what they believe and who honestly KNOWS for a fact if they're right or wrong?! Nobody.
The only way we can truly know is when we die, and are officially declared dead. Until then, and probably until the world explodes, religion is going the be the most pointless debate in the history of mankind.

Well the correct religion would be the one teaching and practicing all doctrines of the bible, and have not added any of their own teachings to the mix. Many religions claim to have the truth, when in fact they do not. Look at the example of Jesus when he came, the Pharisees and the Sadducee's were the main religions of his day and they were of his race, yet he rejected them and said that they were in error basically, and did not join them, but rather rebuked them for traditions of men that they practiced.
I dont think you will get the truth upon your death as according to the bible Ecc 9 v 5-10 states that the dead have no thought or knowledge. The only hope man has according to the bible is faith through Jesus and a reserection to judgment, so it may be more appropriate to say that the truth will be shown on judgment day.
I think that everyone has a decision to make, as to what faith they will be, but Jesus was teaching the gospel to the early Christians, and many of them found favour in both his and his fathers eyes, so it might be of help to examine just what they believed and practiced, and look for a church that holds similar doctrines.

faith build logic...
But people believe what fits their desires.
For instance,.. is depression the lack of hope or a chemical imballance of the brain.
I think it's false expectations. They never get fullfilled, and are spiritualy discontent. They use drugs to add to life because they want to ignore life. (the basis of addiction is being dependent on drugs to do something for you,.. that you cannot do yourself) They use sex as an instant gratification. But they don't have spiritual contentness. I stopped looking for marital love when I found a relationship with God. Thus God can bring it to me when it's right.
But each section of the brain is made to react to spacific spiritual energies. So if you lack hope,.. you lack stimulation.

There is no evidence of any religion being the correct one other than one's faith. If it feels right to you, then it's right. And you can even take elements from several different religions if you feel that's appropriate.

If I can prove a single bible story... would you believe the rest.
I have done research on the origins of all the languages we speak on earth. They all date back 4500 years before then there is only evidence of one language.
How does everyone learn to talk. everyone here on earth learned to speak their native language when they were babies. Sure we went to school to perfect it. My research proves that the story of the Tower of Babel is absolutely true. 4000 years is not enough time for there to be all the languages we have from an evolutionary process

We are all a product of our environment. There are very few conversions of any faith to another when you have been raised one way as a child. So you don't know and they are all correct. Double answer.
