By the way, i am not talking about something to defend yourself, i meen how old do you have to be to get a license to fight like the dudes in the UFC and in the Pride fighting championships, and like, u know, boxers and stuff.

If you want to fight as an amatuer boxer you have to be at least 14yo,you dont get a licance, you just sign a waiver saying that you dont hold the associtaion accountable if you get hurt, as a professional you have to be 18. thats for boxing, I dont really know about other sports, but I assume its at least 18 to fight as a professional.

Eighteen for that kind of fighting. There are some Ju-jitsu tournaments that have age and rank brackets for younger people that don't allow the kicking, striking, punching aspects-only straight Ju-jitsu. Besides this there are also some youth wrestling organizations and youth boxing organizations out there that also have tournaments and contests. For boxing you have the Gold gloves boxing program which requires you to be sixteen and for kids younger they have the Silver gloves boxing program.

In most states and organizations, you have to be at least 18 years old.
