I often felt the headlight from the opsite-direction cars hurt my eyes. Is there a type of eye glasses can prevent this? Is the normal sunglasses OK?

Hi..
I don't recommend sunglasses at all..
check you vision to see if there is a need for glasses, we sometimes give people glasses with a yellow tint for night driving, prescription and non prescription..
If you are already wearing glasses, then maybe an anti-reflection coating on you lenses will help to reduce the glare of oncoming headlights.
Good Luck..

Do not wear sunglasses at night, they will decrease the headlight brightness but also the brightness of everything else like unlit bicycles, unlit people, animals and debris on the road.

The only thing you can do is look away to the right when cars are approaching you.
