The letter is from the desk of the vice president international promotions/price award dept. His name is miguel fernandez. I think it might be a scam does any one know.

Scam.
I got one from the Le Guardo lotteries telling me I won 600,000 Euro too. Its a legitimate lottery, but the letter was fake. When you do get in contact with them they ask you for money???? to "process" your claim. You give it, but get nothing in return. Don't fall for it. If you didn't enter, you can't have won.

Please. The odds of winning over a million dollars is incredibly small. The odds of winning something you don't even remember entering is about zero.
When a company wants to 'promote' their brand or product, they give away $10K-$50K tops. People are excited to text a vote in, or buy a burger for a chance to win that kind of money. Companies have no need to give away a million dollars just to promote their brand and if they did, they would certainly publicize what they were doing, rather than just secretly give people letters and hand out vast amounts of money.

It may be a scam. If they ask for money upfront prior to releasing your winnings, than for sure a scam.

I get these all the time for some reason.....it's a scam. Just don't call them unless you want them to ask you for money. I fell for it one time.
