...and my guess is, in some of our very own lifetimes, what do you think should happen to all the Christians (uhhh that are left, that is)?

William B you did NOT read my question. I did not EVEN suggest the "one-man one-world leader" would be a Christian. FAR FROM IT.

reverend otter - There were over 300 prophecies foretold about the coming Jewish Messiah - hundreds of years before Jesus was born in Bethlehem. Jesus fulfilled all these prophecies. Of these prophecies, there are 109 that only Jesus (Yeshua) could have fulfilled.

Mark - agreed. My inquiry was pointed. Sometimes I like to ask a baited question. I am curious to see just what people who are not believers at all really think should happen to believers who make their invitation to Christ AFTER the rapture occurs. Just stirring the waters a bit so to speak.

I agree, I believe it's very close to happening.
As for what will happen, people who deny all the prophecies that have been fulfilled will find a way to say that this is NOT a fulfillment of Bible prophecy...just like the re-establishment of Israel is dismissed as not being Biblical prophecy....

Before the one world leader "antichrist" as he is reffered to in the book of the revelation, the Holy spirit has to be taken out of the way.
2Th 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity(antichrist) doth already work: only he(Holy spirit) who now letteth(or withholds, holds back), will let(continue to withhold or hold back), until he(Holy spirit) be taken out of the way.
2Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked(antichrist) be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming
This passage shows that the spirit of antichrist is already at work in the world today, which is evident. The one who holds back the antichrist from taking power in the world is the Holy Spirit of God. Now the Only place you an find the Holy Spirit of God in this dispensation or age is in the heart of the believer. SO, If the Holy spirit is t be taken out of the way, then those who have reieved the Holy Spirit must go as well or else Jesus is a liar by saying "I will never leave you nor forsake you." Once the Holy spirit is removed from here and we are gone with him, If the Holy Spirit is gone from the world, there is no one here to draw people to Christ, which means they can't get saved. There are those who will be Martyred for not rejecting God, those I believe are the Isrealite people who don't bow down to whoever this "antichrist" is.

All scripture HAS been fulfilled.
Rev 22:10 And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.

Religion should be abolished, but people should still be allowed to worship any deity that they want.
