Or should i stick with white flour?

I am making it for thanksgiving! I always put tgarlic and butter on it! it yummy! thats how my dad makes it too.

my bday was good blondie! We wnet out to eat and that was it! Kinda boring!

I did get a card from my Dad though! I love hearing from him since he doesn't live in Texas anymore.

I'm sure u no whole wheat is better for u.. and much better for ur body.. it sounds so good.. how did ur b'day go?
I would do like 3/4 white flour and 1/4 wheat but prepare it as usually.. wished I was eating w/ you.. ha ha
good luck.. and a safe Thanksgiving.. I am sure ur dinner will be a hit with.. the garlic and butter..

true to be told, whole wheat flour never tastes as good as white flour. They will taste kind of grainy and stuff but it'll be healthy at least! or u could just go and buy some white flour.

try half white and half whole wheat, I find all whole wheats makes it a bit heavier. adding white flour help it be a bit lighter.

you can ALWAYS sub whole wheat flour for white flour , ite healthier !

of course you can - though the spaetzle will be slightly nuttier than with white flour - still delicious though! are you serving it with delicious venision and gravy?
