What do these japanese words mean, they are spelt in english?

Koi wa moumoku...Sabishii naa.. Aishiteru.

I know the last one mean's i love you... and the rest?

こいはもうもく。。。さびしい。。。あいしている。
Koi wa moumoku... Sabishii... Aishiteiru
Love is blind... lonely... Loving you.

恋「こい」（koi）＝love / relationship
は（wa）＝topic particle
盲目「もうもく」（moumoku）＝blindness
寂しい「さびしい」（sabishii）＝being lonely
愛している「あいしている」（aishiteiru）＝loving

Note that 'Aishiteiru' is not really one word, but it is actually two
愛「あい」(ai) = love
する(suru) = to do
している(shiteiru) = doing (basically denoting the ongoing action)

愛 + している = 愛している「あいしている」（aishiteiru）
However it does not mean 'to make love', in Japanese to love is
愛する「あいする」(aisuru), which is really to love someone.

Well I found a couple of the words in my Japanese/English Dictionary, but not all. Here's what I got:

Koi-as an adj can mean think, dark, strong
Koi-as a noun it can mean love or carp
Koi-as a verb it can mean to be in love with

Wa is a subject marker, so Koi is your subject

I couldn't find moumoku

Sabishii means lonely or sad

I couldn't find aishiteru either, but since you know it means love, my guess based on the clues we know is that this means, "I love you and I miss you."...I could be way off though, you'll have to find what moumoku means to be sure.
