No, none of them are tonal, although there is a lot of nasal sounds in it. The difference from the Brazilian accent to the Portuguese is that Brazilians say the sound of words more softly and slowler than Portuguese. And the grammar is different as well, the Brazilian one is more informal.

Well nearly is technically what you'd call a tonal language. There are parts of Brazil however, specifically a place called Rio Grande do Sul, which boarders Argentina and Uruaguay. The accent of the people is a strong mix of Spanish and Portuguese, creating a very "sing-songy" type of accent where the speakers voice goes up and down. But this does nothing to affect the meaning of words and is simply how they speak.
