Honestly, I think it's safe, I just dont know if its worthwhile. Talking to people online, fine whatever, but as far as dating, thats a whole other ballpark. It's so much easier to be unfaithful and lied to, and nothing makes up for actually having the person there. Especially with it being on something like stardoll, you have no idea who this guy really is. Maybe if you met him on facebook, or myspace, and he goes to your school or goes to a different school and you know mutual friends, it would be a little different. That and depending on your age, what do you think your parents will say if you're like heres my new boyfriend, and instead of meeting this guy, they see a website. I mean yeah, its possible to really get to know people online, but at the same time, theres an even bigger chance of this guy being a complete creeper. No matter what you decide to do, be safe, and bail if you see any red flags. For the first date, i'd go with a group date or a double date, just to be on the safe side. that way, you can get to know each other but still be surrounded by your friends. Good Luck!

Well personally even if you and this guy have never talked about anything wrong or dirty it still isn't a good idea because you never know if he is a bad guy or if he is just lookin for some one to hurt you wont know until you meet them and that could end up being the worst mistake of your life.

Yes it is safe. but u must watch out for the looney people. and if u meet the person make sure it is a very public place. no where private where he could do some things to u. So watch out for that. I met someone online and it is going great. we have so much in common. and we are perfect almost.

How long have you been talking to him? and how much info did you give him about you? ( your phone number, background, personality, life style, hobby etc...)
and do you know how he look like? does he know how you look like?
Not like you met this person through your friends, relatives, work or anything, you know him only by his words. To him, it is the same about you. If you lied about yourself to him, he would find out soon.
I would say it is not always so bad, but make sure, as everybody said, please be careful. If you decided to meet with him, do so at big mall, bring you friends, or anything to protect yourself for the worst case of scenario. If he would not understand for this idea, don't even think about keeping touch with him.

Well I guess it is safe. I used to date a guy online. As long as you don't give him personal information with him. I mean you can give him your number but i don't recommend your address. Just see how things I go.

Abosolutly not, you might think that you are talking to a 15 year old guy, when you might really be talking to a 50 year old sex freak, If you give him to much info, he could come and rape you!
