Got to love your dad, this is really creative. You did a really bad thing, lied and was deceitful. I would suggest you write a letter about what you did wrong, why it was wrong and how you will correct your behavior in the future. You will give this to your parents and to your teacher. Then I would suggest you are grounded until you get that grade back up. Ask for help if you need it.

If your parents can't trust you, your life will be really miserable. Trust is everything, and actions speak louder than words. Use this mistake to your advantage and do better. My guess is you are a good person who just made a bad choice.

Wow your Dad sounds like a great parent. He is making you think through your actions and decide what they deserve. Well done to your Dad.

You obviously use the internet so I would suggest you tell your Dad that a fair punishment would be time away from the internet. Perhaps one week.

Your punishment should be to improve your math, be grounded for a week or until you have done that (whichever is shortest) and ask for his help to do it.
That should make him happy. He can make tests for you based on the failed math test to see if you have improved.

Extra maths homework, I'm sure your teacher would agree to provide it.
