Freedom from mind-numbing delusions.
Permission to have contact with reality.
More money in my pocket for me to spend how I want.
More time for me to spend as I want.
No Dogma, Rituals and Pageantry, etc.
Not having to support parasitic Leeches, Preachers, Padres, Pastors, Parsons, Priests and clergy in general.
There are many, many more; they're all based in freedom.

Greetings,
There are no virtues when it comes to a confused mind. These Human souls don t know that they have a piece of God inside of them. The only value an atheist can understand is guilt. Some they share that with anyone that has no confidence and those who are also have no idea of the truth about who, where, and what they really are; which is beautiful, whole, complete, and magnificent. If an atheist knew this about everyone, then they would know it about themselves. We are all a piece of goodness. My challenge to you is to do your best to understand what BEAUTY, ACCEPTANCE, AND MAGNIFICENCE are. These are much more higher in vibration then, "non-existance, lonlyness, seperation.
Until next time,
blessings

Who cares. It's the default. All that virtues stuff is an artifact and power-driven construct, and so is all the ensuing drama and conflict.
It's all about power - always has been.
We just don't believe in god(s) and look within for our moral compass and ethics. Don't need fear of retribution for that.

Well, theres T H Huxley's perspective:
"... truth is better than much profit. I have searched over the grounds of my belief, and if wife and child and name and fame were all to be lost to me one after the other as the penalty, still I will not lie."
Mere social approval or popularity will not drive me to accept false consolation, or beliefs without good cause.
I'd make a very bad member of a mob or gang.

Free thought, freedom of choice, intelligence, living without unnecessary fear, a firm grasp on both reality and mental health.

There are none. Unless you define burning in hell as a virtue.
