Well the friendly thing to do is be friends, and accept that she can't or doesn't want to be with you.
But it's possible she may still want you in her life and choose him thinking he was the better match for her.
There could be a number of things involving your situation, but the best thing would be to show support for her, and the new guy in this relationship, she will appericate that from you.
It's better to have loved and lost, than not love at all. All the best!
