How about reporting all atheists who advocate exterminating Christians and who say that we ought to be sterilized and have children taken away from us? What about reporting those who commit slander against us by falsely accusing us of being uneducated, mentally retarded, handicapped, etc.?
That's a lot worse than CLAIMING something. Don't you agree?
Slander is a crime.

A threat would be worded "I am going to send you to hell" Just saying someone is going to hell is the same as saying they are going to the grocery store in an hour....to be a "threat" there has to be a suggestion that the person will take an active role in harming you (or getting someone else to harm you) in some way
