If you're talking about the gossipy let's-follow-the-rules-so-people-won't-talk morals, maybe not. Good, upright people are all around. They may be less concerned about what religions think, but they're there and they've always been there.

Does that include the USA Supreme Court which consists primarily of European Catholics too?
Well, according to the Bible, the world never has had any morals.
According to James Dobson from Colorado, the USA Supreme Court has no morals today.
According to Homer Simpson, the world is highly moral.

I do not believe the world has morals, however many, many people do, and these people continue to make a difference. God bless each and every one of them.

yes, the world does have morals;although, the word "world" is very large. sometimes,we simply have to look a little harder to see the small things that most of the time we overlook-because we are too busy.

Most of the worlds governments have lost the plot.
If they act imorally, so it follows that the general standard of morals will drop.
Sadly that seems to have happened..

A woman ran after me through a busy thoroughfare to give me back my purse I had left on the counter.
With that kind of small gestures my belief in Humanity get a boost.

As much as it ever did? People who are trumpeting that the world is going to hell should do some research into various eras throughout history. They weren't fun either.

Man has always struggled with good and evil, right and wrong, and greed, however billions of people do have morals. Some want to shove them down your throat though.

The "World" never had any morals to begin with.
It's a self-sustaining ecosystem that happens to be hospitable to carbon-based life.
