WHAT IF God really doesnt exist.
What if theres nothing after we die?

I still believe in God, and I still have faith in Him, I just catch myself thinking about that every so often.

And no matter what, whats the harm in living a good lifestyle?
Theres nothing to loose, but if you choose to not believe in God but it is true then you've lost alot.

I think about that too. I think it is normal because God is invisible and mysterious. His ways are not our ways - I have to keep reminding myself of that. He has wonderful plans for those who love him and keep his commandments. He will give us a hope and a future. Praise God.

I do too. Its totally normal.
Just about every day i ask myself is there really a god?
I dont even know if there is proof. People say that the proof is the bible. Well how do they know some one random person could have made up the whole thing and just had a wonderful immagaination. The only thing you can do is stick to your faith and stay believeing y old religion teacher said to never give up faith, and to stay believing no matter what happens, but the only true answer... lies in your heart.

Are you asking for advice on making your faith stronger? The first thing to do would be to make sure that you're saved, because this sounds like a symptom of not being saved (no offense intended; you can believe that God exists and even be a good person and still not be saved). In order to be saved, you need a personal relationship, dependence, and belief in Christ, Ask Jesus Christ to be your Lord and Saviour, and believe in Him with all of your heart. Once you are saved and Jesus enters your life, you'll be guided by the Holy Spirit, and the Spirit won't let you doubt like this.

Other tips on making your faith stronger include putting more time into your prayer life. Every morning, or every evening, pray for a little bit (make it only 2 minutes if you want). Give thanks to God, ask Him to bless you, and just have a conversation with Him about all of the miracles He has been performing in your life. Your faith will skyrocket once you start recognizing the miracles God does for you. If you put your faith in God, that everything will work out for the better (in His way not yours), and you can see it happening before your eyes even in the most hopeless of circumstances, you'll know with all of your mind and heart that God is real and is working in incredible ways.

Well if you catch yourself thinking that every so often, then it's nothing but the Devil working to make you a child of his! God is real, God does exist, and there is so much more beautiful peace and serentity in our life after we die because we will then be able to be at peace and see God. I was raised Baptist, (God bless my Grandma); and she always told me this and I'm going to pass it on to you ::: "Don't ever worry yourself about life and death and allow yourself to concern yourself with the ways and wrongs of others; allow your mind to strengthen your heart, and let your Faith rule your decisions and always Pray" ... "and in times when others doubt God or that he exists, and when false prophets come your way", "always know that these are Devils amongst you and they are no good. "You just stay true to your beliefs and pray and we shall see each other again"!! ... Amen

You need to strengthen your faith, your own prayers need to be more attentive to God's words and you will remove these questionable doubts and concerns that are upon you. I'll pray for you my friend! ... and I hope you are not foolish enough to truly believe that God does not exist because the worst is yet to come knowing that He does! Why risk it???

Peace & Happiness

The thing really is...even if there is no God...what difference is it making to you as a person right now...have faith in Him. No one really knows if He is there or not. Not ANYONE. People may say they have spoken to God...but really...are they saying that for fame. I have faith...and if you really believe in Him being there, true faith, you wouldn't question His exsistence. But I, like you, ponder this a lot, and really, it hasn't gotten me anywhere. I'm sure most people have thought about this. It's only human nature to show curiosity and question things we can't actually see or touch.

The Healing of a Boy with an Evil Spirit

14 When they came to the other disciples, they saw a large crowd around them and the teachers of the law arguing with them. 15 As soon as all the people saw Jesus, they were overwhelmed with wonder and ran to greet him.

16 “What are you arguing with them about?” he asked.

17 A man in the crowd answered, “Teacher, I brought you my son, who is possessed by a spirit that has robbed him of speech. 18 Whenever it seizes him, it throws him to the ground. He foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth and becomes rigid. I asked your disciples to drive out the spirit, but they could not.”

19 “O unbelieving generation,” Jesus replied, “how long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy to me.”

20 So they brought him. When the spirit saw Jesus, it immediately threw the boy into a convulsion. He fell to the ground and rolled around, foaming at the mouth.

21 Jesus asked the boy's father, “How long has he been like this?”

“From childhood,” he answered. 22 “It has often thrown him into fire or water to kill him. But if you can do anything, take pity on us and help us.”

23 ” ‘If you can’?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for him who believes.”

24 Immediately the boy's father exclaimed, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!”

Yes, I feel sometimes as though like you said what if He really didn't exist. But then I look at my life and I know that I would not be where I am today if it wasn't for Him. I believe in Him and even though sometimes there are hard things we go through and we think is He really out there or are we just here for nothing. If it wasn't for Him I would not be here, so I know for sure that He is there.

Yes I do the same from time to time.I too believe,I have prayed when my sister died for a sign from God.Within 5 minutes i saw a beautiful monarch butterfly that I asked God for.He showed me she was a new life and with HIM.So for me that has caused me to doubt less, and pray more. But he understands us,that's why doubting Thomas is in the bible.Shalom

Yes, sometimes these things do come through my head...but then I think to myself the following:

1. There is nothing to lose in believing and placing my faith in Him.
2. Too many things in this world (i.e., Creation, genetics....science....) can't possibly happen by chance. Someone POWERFUL has to have made them.
3. I've prayed for so many things, and they have always been answered. Things like this doesn't just happen by themselves.

God's be conscious says we will not must be in His paradise on my own. "I shall totally understand whilst I additionally am totally frequent" (a million Corinthians 13:12). this might look to show that we are going to no longer only understand our friends and family contributors, we are able to "totally understand" them. In different words, there is not any desire for secrets and techniques in heaven. there is no longer something to sense embarrassment approximately. there is no longer something to cover. we'd have eternity to work together with "an excellent multitude, which no guy ought to variety, out of all countries and kindreds and human beings and tongues" (Revelation 7:9). No ask your self heaven would be a place of countless studying. only getting to understand all of us will take eternity!
