I live in the united states and went to an islamic school during some of high school. Although the school was not well off financially, they taught Arabic, Islamic studies, and held prayer every day.
Some government people came to the school and told them they will be happy to fund them, but only if they drop Arabic and Islamic courses from their curriculum. My school refused this deal with Satan.
They try to rid us of religion as much as they can. Evil.
I also lived in the middle east and the principal of the school was jewish canadian. He would rip the iraqi and palestinian flags off our walls and not let us wear anything patriotic like that.

as salaamu 'alaikym, my friend.
Insha'Allah, there must be some "rule" or other "regulation" written by some politican that states who can and who can not be the administrator of a school in whatever locale you are currently residing in.
This rule probably excludes those persons from other countries who would be and are well qualified to adminstrate/manage the school but due to some technicality, they are not allowed to do so.
Insha'Allah, if you can find a creative way to do so, please let all of the parents of the chldren who attend the school know of this situation. Insha'Allah, if enough parents will be willing to engage the school in a discussion over this, something might then be done, espeically considering the earlier posting.
Insha'Allah, if there is a board of directors, the eventually organized parents group might wish to address them with thier concerns.
Insha'Allah, if there is a parents-teachers organization which hold regular meetings, you might want to have this same groups address this issue.
This might also be a good "human interest" peice for the local news and such might help to get the situation addressed. If you can network so as to get a reporter interested, such might be a good idea.
"Squeaky wheels get the grease!", so become a squeakly wheel in a creative manner. If that doesn't work, "raise hell"!
Insha'Allah, you are in my prayers.
Ma'a salaam.

Al-hamdu lillaah. Praise be to Allaah.
No doubt that a child's education is one of life's necessities, and as such spending to achieve it is obligatory on the parents. However, the level of education that a Muslim should provide for his children is not necessarily the highest level possible. This is because a child can lead a perfectly normal life with only, for example, high school education.
And as for whether private schools are better than public schools from the shari'ah (Islamic jurisprudence) standpoint, I do not think that there is a general rule by which we can favor one schooling system over the other. It all depends on the specifics of each individual case when assessed with respect to curricula, teachers' skills, and the school district credibility.
Wallaahu a'lam. And Allaah knows best.

Salaam Alaykum,
Sad but true and even worse..if you have a madrassa or are lucky enough to get one built in the United States...people here are outraged if the school gets funding from the school board and most often does not. Crazy Radicals come from everywhere from the right wing and try to shut them down.
Wasalaam

Would never happen here in the US. She would be labeled a terrorist or likewise. Here in the US there is a Muslim School and the Principal is Jewish. In New York. How can someone run a muslim school if they arent muslim and have no clue what Islam says? Makes no sense to me.

Education has nothing to do with religion. Teachers are there to pass on earthly knowledge. I went to a college with a mixture of religions. After college we went on for religious instruction by leaders of our own faiths.
Never did me any harm.

maybe they are just doing it for the money, if they liked our religion and our people and respected our religion they wouldn't want the volume of adhan reduced like i said shaytan hates the Adhan
