Yeah, yoga! Every time I try going to class, I spend most of the time laughing at myself, because I'm sure what I'm doing isn't what I'm supposed to be doing!

At least my abs get a workout!!

Heh. On the first day, my trainer said "What do you hate working on?" and I said my abs. She says "Okay, then you're doing 3 sets of 10 on the situp bench every day.

DAMN IT! >_<

The rationale is that we don't like to work on the muscles that are the most difficult for us, so we need to work those muscles harder than usual so that they tone up and we no longer dread working them. I still hate working my abs though ;)

I feel weird doing some yoga poses, especially because I'm sure I'm not doing it "right"--terminal awkwardness is the bane of my existence. I feel especially weird when I have to get my butt up in the air.
