Fish/Seafood is so diverse in texture and taste. Maybe try a new type. Maybe instead of a whitefish like tilapia try a buttery tasting fish like salmon or a sweeter seafood like scallops (yum!!).

Chicken is so much different...there's only so many ways to cook it. It tends to get boring.

Wait,........ before you say anything tofu is yummy if cooked and mixed with the right things.
I LOVE tofu stir fry and You can buy it already seasoned.
My g.f ate it once and swore it was chicken.
