Ccleaner has a registry scanner & will fix problems, as well as cleaning up your computer.

Ccleaner, Glarysoft, Easycleaner. All are very good, and I use them in my shop when customers just need a simple cleaning done instead of charging them for somthing they don't need. And all of these are free!
