Could I be losing him?? advice please Guys..?

There is this boy that I have been liking since the end of last year. I think he's cute and has a sweet personality to match. He's calm, nice, smart, and sweet. Much different from most guys. I have been trying to talk to him more and I see him opening up a little to me.

Last year,we wouldn't say a word to each other but now he jokes around with me from time to time. Its nice. I would like to become his girlfriend but I want to start first by building a nice stable friendship. Basically I want to get to know him more. So I don't really flirt with him much.

My problem is, is that many girls are starting to show interest in him. I'm afraid that their flirting might ruin any chances of him being interested in me. Since they're more out there.he might like them and go out with them. This means I might have to step up my game and flirt. I'm not sure if I'm comfortable enough to flirt with a guy that I don't know SO well. I might scare him off. Am I being silly?Flirting tips can help

dont worry about what other people are doing --- if he cares for you he will be with you --- if he is not faithful then you really dont want to be with him --- and if he does not care for you then it does not matter --- i hope that makes sense i know what im saying pmsl --- best wishes

dont flirt with him just step up to the plate and ask him out
then you can get to know him if he says no ask to just be friends its better than someone else asking him because he might not pay any attention to you

alright calm down, Now if you like him so bad just ask him out. It you might find out if he likes you and if it works out you'll have the boy of your dream's. . . i think. well anyways just be calm about it and walk up to him and ask him if he would like to go out sometime
