it tastes just like church or temple. It also gives relief after a long week(six days) of creation.

You have to taste it to find out.
On Friday evening, before sunset, prepare a very fancy meal with your best china, etc. Then about 15 minutes before sunset light a couple of candles and make up a prayer giving thanks for a day of rest. This isn't how Jews do it, but it will give a taste.
Have only pure conversation during the meal. Preferably discussing Torah. Spend your saturday morning in prayer, preferably with a group. Then around noon, have an oneg (which means delight). This is a lunch of fine foods which have been prepared the day before.
After the Oneg, sit around, drink some wine (not too much). Discuss the Torah. Keep doing it until it gets dark. Then light a candle and give thanks for the day of holiness which has been separated from secular days. Douse the candle in a saucer of wine.
This isn't exactly how Jews do it. But it will give you a taste. Soon you will find your week revolving around getting ready for Shabbat. And in enough time, everyday has a special flavor of Shabbat in it.
Ahhh, I can taste it now. It starts tomorrow night.

Well, on Friday night, after Shabbat service, we have the Oneg Shabbat, where we drink some sweet wine and have a slice of challah (sweet egg bread), all which are tokens of the world to come: sweetness, pleasantness, fruitful and nourishing.

There's nothing so refreshing as an orange shabbat on a cone on a hot summer's day.
