I'm pretty sure you'll lose weight but having only 450 calories a day will not be good for body

If you ate 450 calories for day, you'd end up very very sick in the long run. 450 calories is barely a healthy meal in it's own and if that's all you had in a day, you'd be really unhealthy.

unless youre very small 450 calories a day isnt enough for all the metabolic functions the body performs, forcing it to go into its fat reserves. youd be losing at least 2lbs per week.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

well, on a 2000 calorie a day diet, assuming you were holding your weight then, then you'd be losing a pound a day(a pound is about 1500 calories), but it'd be pointless and very unhealthy. you're only supposed to loose 1-2 pounds a week and it be safe.

No you wouldn't lose weight, you'd actually gain weight.

Because you're eating so little, your body thinks that's there's a famine going on, and because of this, it will store, in the form of fat, any food going into your body so that it could "use it for a later time"

Not as quickly if you where to eat more calories derived from healthier foods. Denying yourself slows down your metabolism, slowing weight loss.

possibly but that's not enough caloric intake...you may become tired, irritable with headaches...your body may also go into starvation mode and hold on to all the calories that you consume.
