No. Many of the prosperity teachers are obviously mixing humanism with christianity. The legalists, gnostics and libertines do as well. In fact, all christian doctrines and philosophies that place the responsibility on man to save himself is really a form of creature worship which could be classified as humanism. the definition follows...

"a doctrine, attitude, or way of life centered on human interests or values"

This is added to let us know that humanism is usually anti theistic...but usually doesn't mean always.

"a philosophy that usually rejects supernaturalism and stresses an individual's dignity and worth and capacity for self-realization through reason"

Legalistic fundamentalists are just as humanistic as the most liberal christian that we can find....no matter how much they call out "Jesus, Lord", their philosophies are all about dignity and worth through the process of self-realization.

No. secular means non religious, and humanism is defined as "man is the measure of all things". For me religious (God centered only, type) is that man is part of God's plan not visa versa. We live in a created universe, as a result of far greater intelligence that lives outside of time and in a higher dimension. A secular humanist has a far more limited view.

There is religious humanism, but secular humanism generally only refers to atheists and agnostics.

In almost all cases it refers to atheism. Secular humanism and religion are mutually exclusive terms.
