My family is Italian therefor I speak Italian, Italian sounds a lot like spanish so, yes my accent sounds almost like the one from a spanish speakin person, not always, anyways I have been wondering what can I do to get rid of my accent!!
Is there anything like schools or programs to help fully develop a language and eliminate accents?!?!?!?

There are people and organizations that offer accent-reduction lessons. I wouldn't be able to tell you where to start looking unless you happen to live in the Detroit area, but if you start looking around, I'm sure you can find some leads. Local colleges that offer English as a Second Language classes will often have lists of people who teach ESL privately, and many of them (though not all) should also be capable of teaching you to reduce (and, over time, eliminate) your accent.

Speak in Italian with a very strong English accent.Numbers and days of the week to start.Trust me this works great! I have several Spanish accents that I use.

I had a Spanish accent... when i was yonger(half cuban half chinese) so i know what your talking about. the truth is that just listen to the regular people, and having a accent isnt bad guys find that attractive. but really just listen, and it'll come, i had the spanish accent, and know (LoL) i kind of have a britsh one... its funny(i'm wierd)

I would suggest that you study phonetics at a local university. This will allow you to improve your hearing as far accents are concerned and give you the tools to make corrections in your own.

Actors change accents all the time. Take elocution lessons.

I love accents! They are so cool :)
Don't stress too much about losing it, unless it's truly hard for others to understand what your saying.
But guys do like it alot when girls have accents.
And same goes for girls- they like guys with them. Baha, including me. :)
