Whats the percentage of women in the military right now and percentage of african americans and other ethnicities in the military?

There are several website that provide that data. Each year the MilitaryTimes.com publishes a complete breakdown by gender, ethnicity and age. I read it in their weekly paper. You might be able to find it in their archives.
Generally, women make up about 25% of the military enlisted in each branch. Not too high since they are 51% of the population.
African Americans make up about 30% of the military (Nearly 40% of the US ARMY) though they are 12% of the population.
Before anyone say something stupid - Blacks do not join because we are stupid, brainwashed or exploited. We have ALWAYS served this country proudly since before it began. Even when we weren't always respected or appreciated, we still sacrifice for this country, and always will.

I know that one in five personnel in the Air Force is a female. As for the other figures, the source below is the link to the Defense Advisory Committee on Women In The Service (DACOWITS). I believe you can send them an e-mail and they might be able to provide those figures.
