i have it seemed like i was sat on the ceiling and every thing was green, but there was no dimension to anything it was like looking down at pieces of paper and there was a cord coming from my real self to my astral self i also noticed that i was sat in the lotus position it was all very strange because i was'nt even meditating just laid on my bed on my stomach with my head over the side and bang there i was sat on the ceiling it was very peacefull not scarey at all........

Yes I have especially when I was younger don't worry about what people say I know what you are talking about. There is a good book that will help you understand it is called the projection of the Astral body I think it is by Sylvan and Muldoon. It is an old book written originally I think in the 1920s or 30s, This book goes through Astral projection, Astral dreaming and some experiments of OBE experiences.
Hope this helps you. You tend to Astral project more as a child or if you do as an adult most people don't know what it actually is.

I have lots of Outer Body Experiences. When I eat too much Taco Bell or Chinese food, I have an Inner Body Experience.

I have not had that experience, but I do believe an awful lot of people have had somewhat similar experiences, but are in denial, because of their beliefs. I think the spirit leaving the body in sleep, happen very often, and that dreams are in the spiritual realm a lot of the time. I believe the reason dreams can seem so real, is that they are, but occur in this spiritual realm. I have had a lot of interesting, real feeling, experiences in my dreams and I don't think I am so unique.

Yes I actually have. You see, I was on the couch watching television and all of a sudden I opened my eyes and woke up on my bed. I was thinking I was dreaming, so I went downstairs to go on the computer which is close to the TV. I went on the computer and on MSN and put on the Webcam and when I looked in it, I could see myself lying, eyes closed, and not breathing on the couch. I got really scared and nobody would come to my aid. I went on the computer and searched how to wake yourself from an outer body experience. It said use a dog. I ran upstairs and yelled at my dog and he woke up and followed me but my parents just thought he was being bad when I brought him out and told him to speak, so they put him out. I went back online and looked more and it said to kill yourself in the experience and the shock will wake you up. I ran upstairs and out on my roof and jumped off, headfirst toward the pavement. I all of a sudden awoke on the couch with the TV on. Nobody beleived me...but I hope you do.

a few times very scary at first, ide be sitting on the end of the bed looking round the room everything the same then ide c me lying in the bed sleeping, then ide panick and find it hard t wake up, like my eyes are held closed and somthings holdin my body so i cant move. when come round i feel orite.

I had an out-of body experience as I was coming out of a coma 7 years ago, but not like what you say you experienced.... I wonder how it happened that you were just laying on your bed and then suddenly having an experience like that.
were you on something? lol, but seriously, were you? that sounds so cool but trippy and scary at the same time (even though you say it wasn't scary)...

Twice..
Both times it was at the point of death in hospital. Once in my teens and once only recently.
Both times I was at the ceiling looking down and could see every body in the room including myself.

4 grams of shrooms the first time gave me and inner outer body experiance. The shrooms went in and 2 hours later they came back out.

i had a similar experience but i had no chord attached to myself. i viewed the moment from a spot near the corner of the room and everything in the room seemed extremely tiny as if i were seeing it from a great distance.

This is why I made a point not to sniff things I find in strange bottles left on the stairwell railing by my neighbors.
