my girlfriend is going to be getting a car for her birthday. it just happens to be my favorite car too.
im jealous and this feels like something too stupid to be jealous about. what should i do?

Jealously is a relationship killer. Don't let this get in the way of what you and your girlfriend have together. Just imagine that you were getting the car and your girlfriend was feeling the same way as you are now...you'd be upset that she wasn't happy for you as you should be for her. Try and support her in all she does, and think about it...you'll be able to take your favorite car out for a spin! Good luck! =]

Can you not get one of your own? You're right, this is something that is dumb to get jealous about. Just ride with her, after all she's your girlfriend, right? Just get in her car, or ask her to drive. Most girlfriends prefer the man to drive anyways regardless of who owns the car. What's more, they even will let you drive the car when you need, if your game is strong (wink, wink).

Theres no point being jealous over material things........in truth jealousy is born out of your own insecurities, try to make sure you dont get her down because of them, because you need to find a way to deal with them yourself.
