You're right, Siddhartha Gautama was the first to attain enlightenment, after which he was called Buddha, or "One who is awake."
He was not a god, nor did he ever claim to be a god. That's another common misconception.
Hence the phrase, "If you see the Buddha on the road, kill him, for that is not the true Buddha."

You are correct, although Siddhartha is often referred to as "The Buddha" since he was the first.
The "Awakening" or "Enlightenment" is actually called "bodhi" but upon reaching this supposed state of enlightenment one does supposedly become a "buddha."

As for having a seperate class, i'm no longer so definite. The global is schizmatic enuf because it really is. perchance we'd want to learn expertise of from each and every different. Be it properly or risky, purposes is what i think we are perfect right here for. notwithstanding, can Buddhism also be prevalent as a "faith" in accordance to say? It seems the further I benefit expertise of the further I look at it as some thanks to achieve enlightenment by ability of life residing experiencing evrything.

The Buddha *was* a person, but you're right, "Buddha" isn't a name
and Jesus' last name wasn't "Christ", but that's another issue
