Yes. There is a global credit reporting system. Even if you move to europe it will follow you.

Go across the border to Mexico, they cant follow you there, jeje. sorry I couldnt help it. I know it isnt funny, im sort of going thru the same thing and sometimes joking I tell my family that Ill be running away to Mexico. I have no job, ive been looking like forever, actually since april 07, I dont like owing all these credit cards, actally I have excellent credit like in the 750 but I know thatll soon change I cant even make the minimum payments. Sometimes I cant sleep at night just thinking about it, I feel so poor.

Yes, I am afraid they will. Credit reporting is an international business and will follow you just about everywhere on the planet, in fact it will be in every place that can pull a credit report on you. Canada's reporting system is just as good as ours, or bad, depending on how you are looking at it; so moving there will not help you credit wise, and the cost of living is higher. Good luck.

Let's assume for a moment that it doesn't (the first person's answer is correct). Bad credit is, more often than not, a result of irresponsible behavior rather than a case of bad luck. What will moving elsewhere, where no one knows you, do to make you more responsible and not run into the same problems?
Please give this some careful thought.

imagine about it. do not you imagine lenders in Canada cope with U.S. voters each and each and every of the time? Do you imagine you get sparkling credit in basic terms by ability of transferring to Canada? in basic terms imagine about it.
