I mean, those stories are full of supernatural fantasy and miracles.... things that we just don't see today and are just downright impossible...

Why would God expect anyone to buy into that stuff? It seems pretty unreasonable to me... I mean, I wasn't there to see Mohammad, Abraham or Jesus, so why would I believe ANYTHING about them?

Why can't we just choose to believe that there may be some God or God force out there, and that it's all going to be OK somehow, without all of those silly rules, doctrines and literally UNbelievable events?!?!

Yes you can believe in God without believing in His Prophet. It would be better than not believing on God at all. But I wonder how strong your faith on God will be.

If you don't accept {rophet of God whom God taught every thing then how you will learn to worship God?
God taught His Prophets throgh His Angele Gabriel how to live clean life in obedience to God and become Model Humans for their followers. How will you learn real meanings of Divine Revelations without believing the explanation of Prophets. Most men can't understand God's Revelation to fullest except the commands which He wrote in simplest language.

God doesn't come down and teach every individual how God wants us to live our life. Moses insisted to see God. When God appeard to Moses, he couldn't see God and fell unconcious. God told Mosses to drop his stick and it turned into a snake. Mosses believed God because no human couldn't possibility change a stick into a snake.

If you don't believe on Prophet because you were not there. OK you were not with the first astronauts who landed on Moon. Do you deny that they landed on moon.
Do you deny history all together because you were not there.
Do you deny disovery of Electricity because you were not with the discoverer.
Do you deny Newton's Laws of Motion because you were not there.
I wonder how can you learn about any thing that originated before you were born.

This is a rant, not a question. Your frustration is prefectly understandable, but you're assuming that other people's beliefs determine what you are publicly "allowed" to believe. Nonsense - you have just as much right and power to determine what is socially acceptable as anyone else, so it's pointless to whine that someone else refuses to validate your beliefs.
You don't need their validation, so you don't need to rant about it.

Go ahead and believe whatever you want; no one is stopping you. And if you don't want others to deride your "unlikely" beliefs, then don't deride their beliefs (which seem even more unlikely to you).

i would like you to understand what i believe. you probably believe that there is a god because obviousley some great power created us . and you probably believe that god uses people to get religion around because if he didnt then there would be no religion at all or he would just show himself. because of this he created prophets. and you must understand that people did not believe it when these prophets walked around claiming to be sent from god.they asked for proof.miracles happen they are very rare. we cant just believe in it and believe that everything will be okay because we will be punished for our wrong doings. those "silly" rules will get you into heaven.

That would be a diest position, but from a theist position, then why would the true one not have revealed itself. It seems to me like your consideration is just wishful thinking.
