I agree, but it still all comes down to faith, doesn't it?

well.... we are organic carbon based lifeforms, and we continue to evolve as the earth evolves. In this sense we are "engineered" in harmony in the Earth as are all organic carbon based lifeforms - if we were not in harmony we wouldn't survive. Try to think of all the ways you interface body to earth voluntarily or involuntarily... this will take a while.
Now think about your body alone....
It is comprised of billions of cells and bacteria, some that are able to function independently from the body. In this sense you are the planet supporting a immeasurable cluster of life that all works in harmony this allowing you to ask this question...
I personally believe it all to be energy that feeds itself and recreates eternally with no commitment to its current state. We exist (in this form) for only a fraction of the time that the universe has existed and will continue to infinitely exist so it is hard to comprehend on our very small scale - but that is just my take on it...

That doesn't make any sense.
Of course religious people are going to agree with this assumption. It is their only leg to stand on. Atheists do not need to uphold religious ideology and the facts have never been able to show that natural selection doesn't work.
Any one who has picked up a biology book would not think this is logical.

definite I beleive in the two. i do no longer comprehend if I beleive the international will end by using the polar moving yet I beleive in the two activities. look on the extream climate. look at how the north and south poles are melting. On a private notice what i spotted replaced into back interior the 90s I keep in mind how October felt like fall and on occasion it truly is chilly, one October I do not forget it being very chilly. yet through fact the years stepped forward, fall and iciness climate seems to be shifting futher out. Now we can positioned on shorts and swim in Nov becuase it is so warm. while only 10 years in the past that wasnt the case ( in texas) and iciness looks to additionally be prolonged, I even have photographs of snow in April...while 10 years in the past....it replaced into spring like climate. so definite i think of the polars are changing.

No, not at all. There is no indication of an "engineering" element. We do, however, see examples of life changing to adapt to Earth's changing environments over its long history.

It's not logical. You are either equivocating 'engineered' with a natural processes of making an unfounded assumption that any guided engineering went on.

The idea that life, including humans, was carefully engineered is *not* logical.

If we are in harmony, then why are we vulnerable to microbacterias, viruses, food shortages, and being eaten by other animals? Unless of coarse, there was a constant struggle for existance, and those who suceeded passed on their good genes.

Not logical at all...
Humans evolved to fit in the environment that exists.
If the environment had been different, we would be different.
