You will end up drilling out the hole from the other side and putting a regular bolt in.

support the jeep on stands and the axles with a jack so you can control how much weight is on the bolts, knockout the bolts and replace w/ new grade 8's. Auto supply like Napa should have correct ones for you. Wire up your driveshaft on axle end (atf will come out of Tcase if drivshaft removed, no BD u can stuff a rag in it) Leave the parking brake cables and just let axle sit under vehicle. Remove ubolts freeing axles, put jack on leafs to control tension and alignment on leafs. You need to do this same thing to fit the new springs too. I've done alot of lifts.

If I remember There is a bolt that goes through a bracket then through the eye on the spring then through the frame. Get a punch and drive it out.
