i have been seeing a guy for awhile and we just spent the weekend together and he said he adores me...what does that really mean?

Have you had sex yet? If not, he wants to have sex with you. If so, he still wants to have sex with you, but he feels more strongly than "like" but he doesn't "love" you yet.
