I mean, those stories are full of supernatural fantasy and miracles.... things that we just don't see today and are just downright impossible...

Why would God expect anyone to buy into that stuff? It seems pretty unreasonable to me... I mean, I wasn't there to see Mohammad, Abraham or Jesus, so why would I believe ANYTHING about them?

Why can't we just choose to believe that there may be some God or God force out there, and that it's all going to be OK somehow, without all of those silly rules, doctrines and literally UNbelievable events?!?!

John 14:6- Jesus said to him: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

It sounds like you're a bit of an agnostic. I'm an agnostic myself, meaning, I don't know exactly what I believe in but I feel like there is some sort of higher power. I believe in science and spirituality. Because of this I don't know what to think of Jesus, Mohammad and Abraham, I wasn't there so I can't fully believe in it with 100% certainty. I do know that jesus was a real, historical person though that did a lot of good things.
I think the best way to live is just to do what makes you the best person you could be, weather that means being christian, agnostic, athiest, buddhist... whatever makes someone a good person that's good with me.

Yes quite easily. There is Buddism, but there is essentially no God there. Therefore the most likely belief for you is diesm or pandiesm. I dont really know the difference between the two to acurately explain pandeism. But deism is the belief in a non-intervening God. He created (though Big Bang if you want to believe that) and then said go do whatever you want ill watch. Hence miricles dont happen, prayer isnt any good. So its diesm but there is also pandiesm which you should look into. Its sort off an ofshoot but similar. The general belief is diesm.

i believe those we're people who had a special relationship with God and were able to tap into the supernatural better than others. but i believe in God and i don't give Abraham and other prophets as much credit because it was God that created them just like He created me and everybody else....

You can, but you would be in error. You would be sincere, but sincerely wrong. Jesus said in John 14:6-I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life and nobody comes to the Father except by Me.

Your argument is with Jesus.

That would be the logical extent of the definition of faith.... Anything more than that i.e. specifics - would be irrational.

Do you believe in your great-great-great grandfather. I guess he didn't exist because you weren't there. If that is so, how did you get here.
