Not in a way that you would think.
If you invite Lower level entities into your home (by means of ouija boards, spirit boards, or demands) Than you will run the risk of them attaching to your energy-Like a leech could attach to things and suck. They drain the person. Th eperson becomes tired, depressed, and can be manipulated through emotional means. They do not, however get their body taken over, and it only takes prayer and protection to keep them away. They wll not come if you don't call.
You are safe then.
All ouija boards will only contact lower levels btw...no crossed over loved ones.

If one has belief that it can happen and doesn't have God in their life...yes it is possible! The movie "The Exorcist" was based on a true documented account that occured in Georgetown, Md., the only difference from the real life occurance was that it actually happened to a little boy, not a girl (portrayed by actress, Linda Blair).

From christian tradition and perspective, yes, it certainly seems as though it is possible but one must differentiate between actual demonic possession and other causes either physical or mental, before concluding that someone is actually demonically posessed.
If you are interested you can read more about it here:

Nope, there never has been a documented case of demon possession, and what they once thought were possessions turned out to be mental illness.

Apparently. According to some, myself and everyone else who doesn't believe in God and professes Atheism is in fact possessed by demons that spawned from the pits of hell.

No and those who believe they can are believers, not unbelievers. the Pentecostal churches have more people in their fellowship that suffer from demon possession because the believe it, Us non believers do not have that problem.
