I heard Wicca was the fastest growing, at least among young people. The reason is that it is so open to ones own interpretation and you can pick & choose which area interests you the most. It's also an Earth based religion which covers a lot of territory of interest.
There was one of those evening talk shows on about it not long ago, trying to dispel the myths that all Wiccans are devil worshipers...they are NOT by the way!

In the United States the two answers I regularly hear are Islam and Wicca. It may depend on how you measure it, such as by raw numbers or by percentage of growth.

Islam is getting a lot of converts as well as a lot of immigrants. Wicca is getting a lot of converts but it's also becoming more accepted, leading more people to admit they are Wiccan in surveys.

Christianity, overall, is actually shrinking, although several groups within Christianity are growing such as Pentacostals and Jehovah's Witnesses.

Islam is. And it's because the Middle East and Southeast Asia have higher birth rates than Western nations where Christianity was predominant.

In fact, Western nations are barely able to replace their existing populace, while supposedly third-world nations are breeding like rabbits.
