I am leaving soon so I would like to know before I go. What would I need to get to help them play there.

PS3 games are region free, PS1/2 games and movies aren't. Australia is in PAL region, USA - NTSC U/C.

i had the same problem in greece i bought some american games and he had a greek ps2 its the same problem jst backwards youll be able to play your games on your console but if you buy games from there they wont work i think they run on PAL and we run on USLT or something like that
