I'm a not so good cook so can anyone give me any tips?

Baste with barbeque sauce, lemon garlic butter, or try orange marmelade and light brown sugar, cover and cook at 350 for 30 minutes...check, baste again and cook 15 minutes more on the other side.

I do that all the time. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper (the parchment paper I use can go up to 400 degrees). I just use a simple coating for the chicken - put in a bag some flour, some cornstarch, some breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper, some chicken base powder, dried onion, dill, a bit of cayenne - shake the strips in there, lay out on sheet. Drizzle just a little stream of oil over them - turn after about 20 minutes, and put back in over for about another 20.

if u have any bisquick, they have a really good recipe on the side of the box. i've made it so many times and still love it. good luck
