I put salt on almost everything. Sometimes I even put it on food before I taste it and yes, I've suffered the consequences. It is bad for you but I figure that I get so few pleasures in life I'll leave it the way it is.

I hardly ever add salt. Like other people have said, there's enough in food already.
I don't really miss having salt. It's more of a habit than a taste thing.
When I do use salt I use Lo-Salt which has less sodium and is better for you.

I usually don't add salt, but I'll sometimes put one shake or two on something.
When I was younger I used to eat salt.
I don't do it any more because I know my body can't deal with that forever, but I can while it's younger, but I've been stopping the excessive salt for a while now
Sometimes I'll use a lot on something.
Then my boyfriend likes to comment "Want some fries with that salt?" or whatever I happen to be eating at the time

I don't add salt to my cooking, and because my kids are growing up with my cooking, they find things taste when salt is added. So they tend not to eat at other peoples homes. So i'm not sure whether I made the right decision in bringing them up with no added salt.

I only appeared at her like Ummm NO! in the event that they do in comparison to some thing I only upload some thing they do choose for to it... like candy potatoes or apples. shall we no longer have a toddler ingesting undesirable already! lol it may flavor greater beneficial in her opinion besides the undeniable fact that it truly isn't greater beneficial for her. Sugar and salt isn't healthful for an person, no longer to show a toddler.

i don't add salt to anything - not even chips. infact, i don't like getting chips from places like MacDonalds purely because they put way too much salt on them. salt is bad for u - in high enough doses it can actually damage your kidneys, and i believe it's not good for your blood pressure and heart either. just ask your doctor next time u have to visit him / her. i bet they will confirm that although a certain amount of salt is necessary in your diet, too much of it can be bad for your health.
my dad puts salt on just about any savoury meal - it drives my mum crazy.

I do use salt in cooking if it is required to taste....but chips are the only food I add salt to 'on the plate' as it were.

I only add salt to chip shop or frozen chips or fish from the chip shop. I don't put it on anything else.
I do cook with it though, in potatoes, veg, scrambled eggs etc. I find if food is cooked well, I don't need to add it really.
