Well try this?
Portion of fillet steak, coat in flour salt and pepper, fry for a short time until it has a coat.
Put into casserole dish, then fry mushrooms, onions and add to casserole, then add can of tomato, add stock.
Cook for two hour es on a low heat.
In the mean time roast potatoes and cook veg, (your choice)
If you can not make this the best meal you you can ever have.

Try roasted red pepper hummus, grilled chicken, Asiago cheese and microwave 15 secs...then add shredded lettuce and sliced onions...yum

Put some avocado & cilantro & a little cheese in it too. (even simple parmesean adds nice flavor)......little salsa,mmmmmmmm very yummy.
