my grandmother just die and i got picked to read in front of the whole chuch. now let me tell you i am not a good reader do you know what i have to read out of the bible?!!

a lot of times, they have a selection of readings to choose from for the big events (weddings, funerals).
Talk to the pastor or whoever at church & ask, or have a relative help you find something appropriate for your grandmother. But Psalm 23 is not a bad choice at all.

Sorry for your loss...The Lord is my Shepard, I shall not want...blah, blah, blah. That's what you'll have to read...The words are comforting to those that embrace the idea that there's a God and that there's that special place that the dead folks go...Heaven. PEACE!
