my cat has a bite wound from one of my other cats ,can i put zinc-oxide on it so it stays clean and heals quicker

idk. I wouldn't! Use tea tree oil Walmart. It's all natural and kills 100%* of viruses and bactiria.

Not really a good idea. The cat is going to lick it off and it might be toxic for the cat. If the bite is a penetrating puncture room there is a stronger possibility of an abcess forming and no topical treatment will help or prevent that.

You just need to watch it for redness, swelling and such. If an abcess forms the cat will need systemic antibiotic for that.

cat bites are horrible things. Your cat needs vet care immediately to ensure that an abscess doesn't form.

and as for your question - I googled cat zinc oxide and I found warnings for toxicity.. so do not do it.

Tee tree oil is VERY toxic to cats.. don't do that either

Just put some peroxide on it...it will clean it out and is safe to use on them.
