Use a q-tip and put the solution on it. Then, put the q-tip around the piercing hole. You don't take it out, just clean around it

Just clean your peircing & nose ring the way you would with your ears. It might be a little more complicated, but it should work.
& Don't worry about it closing up, it shouldn't do that unless you have it out for too long.

try to touch your nose the least as possible with your hands..hands are dirty. q-tips & alcohol, or hydrogen peroxide work well. make sure you spin the piercing while cleaning it. and as to a cover-up while working, a band aid right over it works like a charm :) one of the round ones are the most aesthetic.

No you do not use hydrogen peroxide for one! Put the salt and water in your hand ( like you would drink from your hand) or a cup and dip your nose in it like you were swimming and just blow out thru your nose ( dont inhale it of coarse)

the Good Lord gave us SEVEN holes in our head at birth: 2 eyes, 2 ears, 2 nasal openings, and 1 mouth. Why do you people have this fascination with drilling more holes than HE intended ? I think it looks silly and a waste of money besides creating serious health risks.

Rotate the piercing as you put your stuff on it. Well what type of nose piercing is it? That would help in telling you how to cover it.

Ask the tribes of Africa how they clean theirs. They are the experts on piercing their bodies with metal, bones, wood, etc.
