I thought it was leftover and she put it there because it was extra. It was like 2PM. Sometime people leave extra food in refrig for others. Now I can hear her complaining. I guess I have to explain I did it. This is embarassing. What would you do? Yeah I know I'm a jack@ss

Just say you are sorry but it did not have any name on it and you mistakenly assumed it was a leftover.
This is not that big of a deal. all places have problems with a shared refrigerator. Offer to buy her tomorrows lunch to make up for it.
Thats about the only way to make peace and square things up.
If that isn't to her liking you could offer as much change as you can for using the vending machine( I assume you have one) so she can have something today.
Things will work out but do go clear this up asap.

Tomorrow morning when you get to work, present her with a great hamburger and a nice box of chocolates. Hint: Chocolates will help smooth over almost ANY tiff with a woman (especially a pregnant one).

Go to Burger King tomorrow and buy 2 new burgers. Put it on her desk tomorrow morning with a note saying : Sorry I ate your burger yesterday! Here's 2: one for you, and one for the baby :)

Fess up and if at all possible, run out and get her a replacement burger. She may actually like that better since it'll be nice and fresh.
