A Korean Raddish. It's about 6 inches long and very thick. How do I cook it? Is there a special receipe for it? Do I cook it with something else?

It is a pastel green around the top and almost ivory on the bottom...

Very pretty!

Is it a hot spicy raddish? If so you will eat it raw. Maybe in a salad, in small amounts. If not hot, eat alot of it in a salad.
