well alot of it is in the title but heres it more...well summed up :
Im 12 years old and my brother is 16... he's at college. He always picks on me and he thinks violence is the answer to EVERYTHING! I mean i know i am annoying but not as much as he makes me out to be. i do tell my parents but they only shout at him they dont ground him or punish him. They only shout at him and its effect is a big ZERO. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

lol. No i mean he's just started college. he still lives at home. he does wicked things to me take last nite for example. i was just about to get to sleep wen he charged into my room and sed to me 'DO YOU KNOW WHERE DIE HARD IS.' i sed no go away and he charged around my room looking for it. he was in my room for like 20 mins

I hear you I am the oldest of 3 bros and well violence isn't the answer leaving the room, going away is wht to do. my parents usually make my bros stop when they are having temper tamtroms, try just leaving again somehow maybe even video tape the argument somehow to show how bad he is to you. Or just try to work something out. he is 16 is college? is he so smart tht he skipped some grade/s?

Can you talk to him? Why is he away at college at 16? usually someone that young lives at home if they are in college. Maybe he's really in reform school because he is such a brat?
