Personally if my boyfriend cheated on me, there's no way I'd ever date him again. My theory is once a cheater, always a cheater. Don't listen to the ex that wants you back. If you like his friend, go for it, there's nothing that says you can't date his friend, especially if his friend is a really nice guy. If they don't even like each other you should have nothing to worry about, then they aren't even friends! Don't let anyone keep you from being with someone you want to be with.

no. in a nut shell it will give the perception that you are cheap and that any guy in a circle of friends can have you. at this time it is best if you just look for a new group of people to find romance. other points to consider is why this guy wants to be with you pehaps it's cause your ex spoke highly of your "skills". i would leave well enough alone and go in a different direction.

He cheated on you, he will do it again. If you want to date the ex go ahead.

there is almost no excuse to date an ex's friend...its not fair to anyone in the situation, the two of them will start to fight, the two of you will fight when the ex is around etc etc

Hook your girlfriend up with your ex....that oughta go over real well. Then you can feel the same thing your ex would feel if you dated his friend!

no he's an x for a reason. Having a relationship without trust is not worth it. Find someone else.

You just have to do what you think is right. You can't resolve your relationship by asking people. Go with your heart.
